Over the years we have invested heavily in state of the art facilities at North Lodge. From the hydrotherapy spa & solarium to the all weather gallop and outdoor arena.
We have 37 stables which are licensed for our under rules horses, with a further 9 in the separate point to point barn (see video below). We also have 7 isolation stables located in the “Old Pig Barns” which also have 6 crew yard style large pens for over wintering youngsters or recuperation after injury. For a small yard our gallops and schooling facilities are second to none, with over 3 miles of grass & rotovated gallops and a stiff up hill 4 1/2 furlong all weather with a “Softrack” sand,rubber and fibre surface. The outdoor arena has the same surface and is used extensively for schooling and jump training. We also have a small indoor school which is useful when breaking in the youngsters and can be a godsend in winters like the last one !
